Use: Find who wrote music to a particlular film or what films a particular composer wrote music for.
Coverage: Includes movies made in the United States from 1911-1970 and their musical composers. Includes any genre of film from full-length films to short documentaries and government instructional films.
Organization: Lists film composers alphabetically and then lists the movies they wrote music for. Each movie listed also contains the date, genre and studio of the film as well as cross-references to anyone else in the book who may have collaborated in the film. The book includes an Index to movie titles.
Pros: Covers all genres of film.
Cons: Ends at 1970. Has no index for movie studios.
